After a month of leaks and speculations, South Korean smartphone brand, Samsung has officially launched its newest Galaxy A7 for the year. This smartphone marks Samsung’s foray into the triple camera smartphone segment as it features triple rear cameras and a 24-megapixel front facing camera.

Samsung is calling the Galaxy A7 (2018) just the Galaxy A7, though it is expected that the 2018 tag will be present on the retail boxing. It will be available in four colors which are Blue, Black, Gold and Pink. The company has not yet revealed the pricing of the device, but latest rumors claim that it will be around $400 (Rs 28,826 approx).

This will not just make it the first Samsung device to sport triple-rear cameras, but also the first mid-range device from the company to get a flagship level feature before its flagships do. Experts are of the opinion that this move is to make sure that the mid ranged devices are not overshadowed by the flagships and can have a spotlight of their own.

This is the only other Galaxy smartphone to come with one apart from Galaxy J6+. The power and volume rockers are on the same side as well.
